- You bring in your own design or choose one of ours.
- We discuss specifications, adjustments and give you advice on functionality and affordability.
- We inspect your block of land or existing house.
- We prepare a building proposal for you to consider.
- You let us know of any feedback, changes or thoughts that you’re having.
- We prepare the building contract and specifications for you.
- Once ready, you sign off on the building contract and let us know about the interior design of your house.
- We commence construction of your new home or renovation.
- We hand over the keys once your house is finished.
